The purpose of this study were to create and find out efficiency of Electronic courseware entitled English vocabulary by using mother tongue-based for Prathom Suksa 4 students in the multicultural school, to compare the learning achievement in English vocabulary: compare learning achievement in English vocabulary before and after learning with Electronic courseware and compare learning achievement in English vocabulary of Thai students, Burmese student, and Hmong students, and to study the satisfaction of the students: study the satisfaction of the students towards Electronic courseware entitled English vocabulary by using mother tongue-based for Prathom Suksa 4 students in the multicultural school and compare the satisfaction of Thai students, Burmese student, and Hmong students. The samples in this study were 30 students of Prathom Suksa 4/1 at Pluluangwittaya School by Purposive Sampling. The instruments of this study were 1) Electronic courseware entitled English vocabulary by using mother tongue-based for Prathom Suksa 4 students in the multicultural school 2) The quality assessment form of Electronic courseware 3) The achievement test with 30 questions and multiple choice 4 choices. 4) The satisfaction questionnaire of the students towards Electronic courseware. Data were analyzed statistically using mean ((X) over bar), standard deviation (S. D.), t-test Dependent, and One-way ANOVA by SPSS. The results of this study revealed as the followings; The efficiency of Electronic courseware entitled English vocabulary by using mother tongue-based for Prathom Suksa 4 students in the multicultural school was 80.17/82.89 which is higher than 80/80 set criteria, the comparison of the students' learning achievement with Electronic courseware: the comparison of the students' learning achievement, post-test was higher than pre-test with a significant level.05 and the learning achievement of Thai students, Burmese students and Hmong students were not different, and the satisfaction of the students towards Electronic courseware: the satisfaction of the students was at high level and the satisfaction of Thai students, Burmese students and Hmong students were not different.
