Abstract:
A description of the historical & synchronic phonological system & regional distribution of Pa-hng, a little-known language of the Hmong-Mjen family, is presented based on fieldwork data (1995/96) of two Pa-hng dialects, Tan Trinh & Baiyun. Also, a glossary of Pa-hng words that have cognate forms in Hmong &/or Mjen with English translations is offered. 15 References. Adapted from the source document
