Abstract:
This article comes within the framework of a research work centered on the questions of identity construction & ethnicity & conducted among members of the Hmong population living in France, in this case, the Departement of Gard. This text, by no means exhaustive, puts forward the concept of ethnicity used by a population of young Hmong people whose purpose is to claim their attachment to their ethnic group. Consequently, we consider outlining a model within which young adults, concerned about "the loss of parental culture," will try to maintain an ethnocultural corpus of materials. 46 References.
