Abstract:
This Article Discusses Pregnancy Outcomes and Demographics of Immigrant Hmong Women in A Small Town in The U.S. Data Was Gathered Through Interviews of The 16 Health Professionals and Two Women in The Community as Well as Labor and Delivery Records Between 1985 and 1990. Health Care Givers Expressed Concern About Contraceptive Compliance and Multiparity. There Was Limited Evidence to Indicate Problems With Birth Frequency or Pregnancy Outcomes for The Hmong Women. The Perinatal Difficulties Appear to Be the Result of Sociocultural Issues Rather Than Medical Issues (Copyright applies to all Abstracts.)
